By making a reservation at Hotel Calle 6, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 PM
Early Check-In: Subject to availability (no guarantee)
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability
- Until 3:00 PM: $25
- After 3:00 PM: 50% of nightly rate
Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservations:
- 30+ days before arrival: Full refund
- 30-6 days before arrival: 50% refund
- 0-5 days before arrival or No-Show: No refund (charged full stay)
Important Notes:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email accepted)
- No-shows are considered cancellations with no refund
- Processing fees (4%) are non-refundable on all cancellations
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with “cancel for any reason” coverage
Payment Policy
Deposit: Full payment required at time of booking
Accepted Payment: Major credit cards, debit cards
Currency: All prices in USD
Taxes & Fees:
- 10% Panama tourist tax added to all rates
- 4% credit card processing fee (non-refundable)
Guest Policies
Maximum Occupancy: As specified per room type (strictly enforced)
Additional Guests:
- Children 6 and under: Free (using existing beds)
- Additional bed for child: $15 per night
- Additional adult: $25 per night (includes bed if needed)
Smoking:
- Designated outdoor areas only
- Smoking in rooms: $80 cleaning fee
Pets:
- Small pets welcome (under 25 lbs/11 kg)
- Pet fee: $15 per pet, per night (maximum 2 pets per room)
- Advance notice required at time of booking
- Pets must be house-trained, leashed in common areas, and well-behaved
- Guests responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning ($80 minimum)
- Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms
- Service animals always welcome at no charge (documentation required)
Visitors:
- Allowed 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Must register at reception
- Overnight guests must be registered and may incur charges
Damage & Liability
Guest Responsibility:
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property
- Charges will apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items
- Lost key replacement: $10
Hotel Liability:
- We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings
- Lost & found items held for 30 days
Tours & Third-Party Services
Tour Bookings:
- Tours offered through our website are operated by independent third-party providers
- Each tour operator’s terms and conditions apply
- Hotel Calle 6 acts as a booking intermediary only

Modifications to Reservations
Date Changes:
- Subject to availability
- Must request at least 48 hours before check-in
- Rate differences may apply

Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests or provide refunds when possible. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your reservation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Panama City, Panama.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Statement. We use your data only for booking purposes and marketing communications (with your consent).
Changes to Terms
Hotel Calle 6 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
